New coxed 4 named after rowing club stalwart

The club's new coxed four was last night (8th November) named after the late Keith Lawrence.  For over 25 years Keith was a member of possibly the most successful masters crew the club has ever produced. Keith, together with Phil Hart, Richard Bissell and Rod Phillips won numerous trophies at many prestigous events, including Henley and the National Championships. Richard Bissell gave a moving tribute to Keith and the boat was then christened by the Club President Jim Williams and Keith's wife, Emma.
